The extra lite olive oil is considered heart healthy fat as it has high levels of Monounsaturated Fatty Acids (MUFA) making it a good choice for everyday cooking.
Due to high smoke point of extra lite olive oil compared to regular olive oils, it is the most suitable oil for everyday Indian cooking (Deep frying, sauteing, grilling, salads) as it is light, low absorbing, highly nutritious.
The extra virgin olive oil is used mostly as salad dressing and as toppings over dishes, but extra light olive oil is a multipurpose cooking oil which can be used for everyday Indian cooking as it does not impart strong olive flavour.
