Terms and Conditions

1) Once Order is Placed, your order is processed.
2) It takes 48 Hours to confirm payment with the bank.
3) Once payment is confirmed with bank, your order is packed and shipped.
4) Once order is shipped, you will receive an auto email with tracking details on your registered email with website.
5) Complaints for Replacement of Breakage or Damage Products will be Acceptable Only within 48 hours after delivery.

7) Desinutri Foods may send you E-mails / SMS communication relating to the Products Information/Promotional activities/Offers Program from time to time on your registered contact details. In case of any objection with such E-mails/SMS, do mail us request on care@desinutri.co.in to stop email in future. 
 
Subscription Plan Terms and Conditions
1) If a user / customer cancelled the online consult request order seventy-two (72) hours of booking consultation request, then user / customer will be eligible for full refund less 5% to be deducted as bank transaction charges.
2) In the event that, Desi Nutri will be unable to provide services for online consult request order then user / customer will be eligible for full refund less 5% to be deducted as bank transaction charges.
3) All refunds shall be credited 100% (subject to bank charges deduction) into Desi Nutri Wallet in Account (if any) which can be used for online consult for further need of self or family members OR shall be credited to the account user / customer has used for making the payment for placing the request.
4) Desi Nutri shall check the details and process the refund where applicable, solely at its discretion. The refund process will take 3-7 working days from the date of making cancellation request by user / customer.
5) If the cancellation is due to the abusive nature of the user / customer, such user / customer shall not be eligible for any refund.
6) No refund will be given for “No Show” from user / customer’s side.
7) No refund / cancellation request is acceptable post availing Consultation Services. Also, refund(s) will not be provided if the user / customer has made a payment in any kind of vagueness.
8) In the event the user / customer is not satisfied with the online consult request and raises any wrong personal comments or advice to the nutritionist, Desi Nutri reserves the right to terminate the consultation of such users / customers and further, such users / customers will not be entitled to any refund.

10) Desi Nutri (M/s Skandhanshi Agro Foods Private Limited) reserves its sole discretion right for final decision on the basis of above written refund policy.
11) The T&C of refund and the relationship between user / customer and Desi Nutri (M/s Skandhanshi Agro Foods Private Limited) will be governed by the laws as applicable in India. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Desi Nutri (M/s Skandhanshi Agro Foods Private Limited) may cancel any order at any stage of the product delivery at its sole discretion and for the reasons as given below: 

  1. If products get out of stock after order confirmation.
  2. Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address, depending on the product category.
  3. Bulk quantity of the same product ordered.
  4. Invalid address given in order details.
  5. Any promotional voucher used for placing bulk order may not be refunded.
  6. Any order placed using a technological glitch/loophole.
  7. Any malpractice or fraudulent method used by a User to place the order. A User may be considered fraudulent or loss to business due to fraudulent activity if any of the following scenarios are met:
    • Users fails to produce adequate documents/information during the payment details verification, misuse of another Users's phone/email, uses invalid address, email and phone number.
    • Overuse of a voucher code.
    • Use of a special voucher not tagged to the email ID used.
    • Users returns the wrong product.
    • Users refuses to pay for an order.
    • Users involved in the snatch and run of any order.
    • User with excessive returns.
    • Repeated request for monetary compensation for fake/used order.
